A dog is a loyal companion—one who understands us, connects with us, and becomes part of our family. That belief took root when our founder, Patrick Smith, honorably separated from the Marine Corps in 2003. Missing the deep camaraderie of military life, Patrick discovered that bringing a dog into his home not only filled that void, but sparked a passion for training grounded in discipline, trust, and respect.

After years of learning from top trainers across the country, Fidelis K9 Training was born. For the past six years, we’ve dedicated ourselves full-time to providing high-quality, reliable dog training rooted in the Marine Corps value of Semper Fidelis—“Always Faithful.” That commitment to loyalty, consistency, and excellence is woven into everything we do.
